The full service package includes outdoor movie equipment, wireless microphone, placement for sponsor banners below screen, and pre-movie media (power point/commercials) projected on screen.
Rate is for a single movie showing; extra charge for double header.
*Event times must start roughly 15mins after sunset
Additional charges may apply if the location is not accessible by vehicle, the surface non-grass, or power is not available within 100'
Outdoor movies can play in light rain. High winds and lightning may delay or cause rescheduling
Weather & Rain Dates: No penalty if rescheduled prior to day of; $500 charge if cancelled after crew departs for event; deposit will be kept if cancelled onsite; full amount due if cancelled after set-up; Outdoor movies can play in light rain. High winds and lightning may delay or cause rescheduling; Movie Rights are flexible for rain dates and date can be reschedule at no cost for any date after up to 264 days after initial date.
